The Funambulist Consortium meeting is an annual or semiannual event that provides a valuable opportunity to connect with consortium partners. During these gatherings, we review ongoing progress, address challenges across different work packages, and outline future objectives aligned with the project’s main goals.
On November 5th, 2025, the meeting took place in Bonn, Germany, where we were warmly welcomed by the research group of Dr. Günther Mayer. During our visit, we toured the facilities at the University of Bonn, gaining insight into the state-of-the-art infrastructure supporting their scientific activities.
As the project approaches its final phase, and with an eye toward potential future interactions with industry, we also received an introductory training session from the University of Bonn’s Transfer Center enaCom. This session provided valuable context on innovation and technology transfer, helping us better prepare for upcoming opportunities that may arise from the project’s results.
This visit strengthened scientific bounds and reinforced the consortium’s commitment to future collaboration and impact.
